As a 501(c)3 membership organization, the OGRCC plays a pivotal role the Greenwich community. Members enjoy access to a wide range of programs and events and are encouraged to get involved.

Membership Fee
The fee per family is $100. You must be a current member to participate in any OGRCC program or activity. The membership fee is non-refundable. The membership period is September-August of any given year (i.e. an academic year).
Refund Policy
Refunds will not be accepted less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the program. Program refund requests prior to the start of the first session of a program will only be accepted if the spot can be filled.
- A $15 administration fee is charged for each refund.
- No requests for refunds will be granted after a program is underway.
- Full refunds are provided if the program is cancelled by the OGRCC.
- No travel soccer or premier soccer refunds given once team placement has been accepted.
- No travel baseball refunds will be given once team placement has been approved, unless someone can be invited in time to replace the player.

Program Cancellations
We will notify you via email and text for any cancellations. Or, you can call (203) 637-3659 during office hours to inquire if a program is cancelled. Any session of a given program may be postponed at any time. A corresponding make-up session will be offered when possible. There are no refunds for weather cancellations. Please note; the Town of Greenwich makes the decision to close the fields and tennis courts, not the OGRCC.
The OGRCC reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment.
Scholarships
Limited scholarships are available on a need basis to families whose total annual income is $75,000 or less. The Scholarship Form must be submitted in its entirety along with the required financial paperwork to the Executive Director. Age/Grade Requirements
The cut-off age/grade requirement are listed on registration. Please do not request or enroll your child in a program above your child’s age group. Grade requirements are set to insure your child’s safety and to facilitate program consistency for the participants and instructors alike.
Registrants who, due to their birth dates, are in a higher grade despite their young age, have the option of registering at the higher-grade level. If you do not request an age-based registration, your child will be registered automatically by their grade. To exercise this option, submit a valid copy of a birth certificate or passport. Without age verification requests will not be accepted. The option to register by age must be exercised at the time of registration, changes thereafter will not be permitted.
Equipment Requirements
Please note that many of our programs require personal equipment provided by the registrant. Please come prepared to the first class/session.
Social Media Policy
The OGRCC maintains a social media presence on various sites (Facebook, Instagram). The OGRCC reserves the right to moderate, delete and/or republish comments made on its social media pages. The OGRCC may terminate the membership of any member who posts on any content that is unlawful, harmful, obscene, or invasive of privacy.
Q: I am a new member of the OGRCC. What are my dues and what dates does the membership cover?
The membership fee is $100 and it covers all programs that run from September 1, -August 31 of any given year.
Q: I haven’t participated in any programs until now. Why am I being asked to pay a Membership fee?
Your Membership fee of $100 covers any given academic year. Membership fees support the programs in many ways, including the OGRCC office, professional staff, and scholarships. Whether you participate in just one program or multiple programs, your membership fee is what keeps us in business, and works the same way as Costco, Amazon Prime or American Express.
Q: I purchased a membership when I enrolled my kids for summer camp. Why am I being asked to purchase another one for participation in a fall program?
Our membership cycle goes from September 1-August 31 of any given year. For example, if you participate in Summer Camp 2024, the membership you purchased expires on 8/31/24.
Q: Do you have memberships for just one participant?
We offer a Family Membership for $100 and an Adult Only Membership for $50. If you are an adult participating in our adult programs, you qualify for an Adult Only Membership. Otherwise, you are required to purchase a Family Memership.

Q: How to I register for programs?
Click on the white “register now” button located on the upper right-hand corner of the OGRCC’s homepage. Clicking this button will take you directly to our registration page, Community Pass.
Q. Why can’t I log in?
Only members can log in. Click “create an account” or call the office during business hours for further assistance.
Q. Why are my children not appearing in the registration form?
You may not have registered all of your children. Update your household information to include all immediate family members.
Q. Why can’t I find the class I want?
The OGRCC office is always available for assistance. Please email or call us during business hours if you need further assistance.
Q. Why won’t the system take my credit card?
The OGRCC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover. Please email or call us during business hours if you need further assistance.
Q. Will I receive a receipt once I register?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation immediately.
Q. How do I register online if I am a lapsed member?
Please click on the ‘renew membership’ tab on the home page of the website. You will be able to pay your membership fee. You can also add a membership to your profile as part of your transaction when registering for a specific program.
Q. I realized I registered for the wrong class, how do I delete it?
Please call the OGRCC office. We would be happy to correct it for you.
Q. How do I request a refund?
Please contact the OGRCC office to be considered for a refund and or see our policy and guidelines section for more information.
Q. Who do I contact if I have a complaint, suggestion or favorable remark?

The Old Greenwich – Riverside Community Center (OGRCC) offers one of the most comprehensive community youth and adult recreational, athletic, educational and social programs. Our offerings range from art, baseball, cooking, basketball, dance, field hockey, film, rugby, soccer, and tennis. We also offer camps and special clinics by season.
